Donisthorpe Railway Station
These two photographs have been around for a long time. For those unaware of the location of Donisthorpe Station, if you look at the top photograph, The row of houses in the background are still standing. To the right of those houses today is the gate to Donisthorpe County Park.

Recently saw old photo of where donisthorpe station was and there was a tidy strip of water along side it. I am fairly sure it wasn’t Ashby Canal. Does anyone know what its purpose was or the name of it.
